Long Reach Booms
- We have been using the long front for more than 5000 hours and it is still going strong. John V
- The PC1100 long boom we have invested has paid off by itself a few times by now. Steven D.
- Our customers are pleased with the quality, we are pleased because we are repeatedly getting orders. David R.
With our expertise in designing and manufacturing long reach booms, you can now maximize your ROI (Return on Investment) on your existing fleet of excavators. Hundreds of customers have realized the value of long reach attachments where standard booms fail to get the necessary job done. Our long reach boom can help you to achieve 50% more digging depth and forward reach over a standard boom, saving you valuable cost and time, and maximizing your bottom line. Only structural grade tensile steel is used in our boom and stick construction, and we design it with varying grades of tensile steel depending on the nature of the application. We supply long reach front packages for a wide range of excavator models, ranging from 10 -200 metric tons (22,000 – 488,400 lbs) operating weight.
Welding is done by robotic welding machine to ensure the highest attainable quality and consistency. Product design are accomplished by utilizing latest CAD software, simulated via advance Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools, ensuring optimum design integrity.

Long reach excavators work in the harshest conditions you can imagine. Our ultimate goal is to extend the dependable service life of the product. All long reach fronts are shot blasted to ensure that the surface is thoroughly clean and free from contaminants and rust. In addition, this process presents the steel with a surface texture that provides excellent adhesion for the prime coat of paint.
The finished product is deemed incomplete without the final QC inspection. Every item is thoroughly checked prior to packaging. The subsequent final round of post-packaging inspection is carried out before it is released for shipment.
Every long reach set is professionally packed on a sturdy metal rack for ease of transportation, hauling, handling and maximizing storage space. In most cases, long reach package is shipped in container, if the package exceeds the container length will have to be handled via break bulk services.
